Booking your Shoot
When you’ve decided you are ready to schedule your photo shoot, we will pick a date for your shoot and your viewing session at the same time. (see below for info on the viewing session)
NOTE: Our schedule books a few weeks in advance, with weekends sometimes booking a month or more in advance. So please take this into consideration when scheduling for a special date.
Prior to your shoot – you will be asked to fill out a booking agreement. You will also pay a deposit to hold your date. The deposit is $50 for all sessions and this deposit does go towards your session fee. Your session booking is not complete until these two things have been completed.
When you book, you will be asked to make both your photo shoot appointment and your viewing appointment.
The Photo Shoot
On the day of your shoot, we will go over all the details of your shoot once again to make sure everything is as you’d like it and make our final decisions on outfits.
If you are getting your hair and makeup done by me, you must arrive with a clean face and DRY hair. Your hair and makeup will take about an hour (estimated).
When the shoot begins, I will instruct you on how to pose. If you’ve chosen a package with multiple sets, you will change in between each one. Shooting time varies based upon the number of sets you have chosen.
The Premiere Viewing Session
After your photo shoot, you will have your Premiere Session. This is where you will view your image proofs for the first time and make your selections. This takes about an hour.
This session can take place either directly after your session or as a separate appointment made about a week after your session. You will make this appointment at the same time you make your photo shoot appointment.
If you choose to schedule your Premiere directly after your session, you will be asked to wait in a designated area (or you can go take a coffee break) for 30-60 minutes while I prepare your images for viewing. NOTE: After Session Premieres are scheduled with afternoon sessions only to allow us enough time.
Product Delivery
Once you’ve had your Viewing Session and made your final image selections, your order will be added to our retouch queue for processing.
Most products such as albums, calendars, etc. take about 4-6 weeks from start to finish. Turn around time varies based upon the product and how many images are included.
When your images are complete, you can schedule a time to come pick up from me or arrange to have your products shipped for a small fee.
ABOUT YOU
Fantasy Photography is all about you and your vision of how you want to be seen. The clothes, hair, make up etc.. are all extensions of this vision and are important in helping make your vision a reality.
I am not looking to shoot just professional models, I want to connect with and capture the you most people may never see. You may choose to never show the end result because it is about you, for you. You may want those special shots for a special someone else. The photos themselves may be to highlight or capture some special attributes or simply to lend an air of romance or intrigue to your portraits. Perhaps you want them just plain sexy!
I aim to have a relaxed and comfortable environment whether here a hotel or on a location shoot so you can be at ease and allow yourself the time during your session to unwind and be the aspiring model or to full-fill your fantasy shoot. I will work with you and offer guidance and direction to accomplish the result we are both after.
I appreciate most woman are quite adept at doing their own hair and makeup and as I generally work alone to afford you total privacy this passes the cost savings onto you. Having said that, you can of course arrange to visit your own stylist/s before attending your photo shoot.
I can even arrange a gift certificate for someone's hair/makeup and/or photography. Or I can arrange for a stylist to meet you here if that is what you'd rather do or we can work together to create your image. A professional Hair and Make-up artist will add an additional charge to your total price.

As per legal requirements with the nature of this photography I ask that you be at least eighteen years of age at the time of your photo session.
